REFUND & REPLACEMENT POLICY

At FLEXYARD, every piece is designed with purpose. We stand behind the quality of our products and take full responsibility when something goes wrong on our end.


What We Cover

We offer a replacement or refund if:

  • You received the wrong item (wrong design, wrong color, or wrong product)

  • Your order arrived with a manufacturing defect

  • The print is damaged or defective upon arrival

  • The product has stitching defects or fabric damage caused before delivery

These are our mistakes, and we will make them right.


What We Do Not Cover

We do not offer refunds, returns, or replacements for:

Size Issues

If you ordered the wrong size and wish to exchange it for another size, we will not be able to process the request.

Please review our Size Guide carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

If the product received is correct, undamaged, and matches your order, returns will not be accepted.

Damage After Delivery

Damage caused due to washing, ironing, misuse, accidental damage, normal wear and tear, or improper handling is not covered.

Color Variation

Slight color differences may occur due to screen settings, photography, or lighting conditions and do not qualify as defects.


How To Raise A Claim

If you believe your order qualifies for a refund or replacement:

Step 1

Report the issue within 24 hours of delivery.

Claims submitted after 24 hours from the delivery timestamp will not be accepted.

  • Clear description of the issue

  • Photos and/or video of the product received


Verification Process

Our team will review your claim within 2โ€“5 business days.

If the claim is approved, a replacement or refund will be initiated.

FLEXYARD reserves the right to reject claims that do not meet the eligibility requirements mentioned in this policy.


Refund Method

Prepaid Orders

Refunds will be credited to the original payment method used during checkout.

Cash On Delivery (COD) Orders

Refunds will be processed via:

  • UPI Transfer

  • Bank Transfer

Customers may be asked to provide valid payment details for processing.


Refund Processing Time

Approved refunds are generally processed within 7 business days after verification.

Actual credit timelines may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
